Introduction

RCD Lockinge is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all those who use our services or interact with us. The purpose of this notice is

What data do we collect

We collect personal data from you when you interact with us and our services through enquiry, purchase or as a supplier or sub-contractor. The data we process includes:

• Name
• Postal address (work or home) for delivery and/or billing
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Payment details
• Any other data you may provide

How is your personal data processed

We process your personal data:

• To establish and fulfil a contract with you, eg if you enter into an agreement to receive or provide services. To this end we may use your personal data for delivery of results, billing and providing customer service. We require this information to enter into a contract with you and are unable to do so without it.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligation
• To protect RCD Lockinge’s legitimate business interests and legal rights

How and with whom is your personal data shared

We may share your personal data with our professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers and lawyers or with government authorities and/or law enforcement officials.

In the event that our business or any part of it is sold or integrated with another business we shall disclose your details to our advisers and those of any prospective purchasers.

We shall never share your personal data with any other organisation for the purposes of marketing.

Storage of Personal Data

Personal data is stored electronically and on paper at RCD Lockinge. It is not transferred to any third party for storage either within or outside the EEA. Only members of staff at RCD Lockinge have access to the data.

We shall retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, including accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights to personal data held by RCD

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request the data we hold to be corrected or supplemented if it is inaccurate or incomplete Request us to restrict or stop processing your personal data
• Complain to a supervisory authority (Information Commissioner’s Office –ico.org.uk)
• Request us to erase your personal data by withdrawing consent, where this is the legal basis for processing your data, if we have not handled your data in accordance with our obligations and have no legal basis on which to keep it.
